An open alfresco transformed into an enclosed living space in 14 days of construction
For this Denham Court home, we converted the existing alfresco into an additional living area, giving the homeowners more usable space within their existing footprint. The result was a practical new living space that connected with the existing home and could be enjoyed beyond outdoor entertaining.
The project was approved and certified, with the construction work completed in 14 days. Construction time varies with the design, site conditions and scope. The 14-day construction period does not include the preceding design and approval process.
